  Visited today, Wednesday 23rd September, at lunchtime with a friend just for a milkshake and some small fries. We received such amazing customer service. I didn’t catch his name, but he was so lovely and even made us a caramel and bacon milkshake to try! Not sure about that combination, but it was so kind of him to let us try it. We then walked out and realised we had forgotten our fries, and he actually ran out of the restaurant to bring them to us! Such lovely service and definitely 5 stars from us! Thank you so much!

  My wife & I went for something to eat in Norwich in the castle quarter. We ordered a cheese burger & a bacon cheese burger with fries & two cokes. We were asked if we wanted toppings on the burgers so we both ordered onions. When our number was called my wife went to get them. They came in a brown bag. When we opened the bag it had a large paper cup filled with fries & extra fries that filled the bottom of the bag that could feed four people. Too much chips for two people. My wife's burger the onions were raw & the cheese was just an easy singles slice of cheese & it was cold. The onions on my burger were badly burnt & again an easy singles slice of cheese cold. I will give the burgers 5/10. For £39 pounds it was not worth the money. Other tables were messy with left over bits & pieces. I will not visit their restaurants again.

  Got a grilled cheese with jalapeño, grilled onions and grilled mushroom specifically because it was one of the few vegetarian options but the team put bacon inside and I didn’t notice until I’d eaten a few bites of the bacon. The Cajun fries were also so heavily seasoned and limp that they were ridiculously spicy and difficult to eat more than a handful. Such a shame as the server was lovely in dealing with another issue in the order of a friend. Frankly shocking as this could have been pork served to someone with religious reasons for abstaining.
