  Unfortunately my experiences were not good and I think this is more to do with the delivery side of things. Ordered pizzas on the app with the address and instructions to explicitly call when they got to the location (that being a bar as accommodation was upstairs and there is no access to public). When tracking the driver, they were parked very close however there was no phone call. They were parked for 10 minutes before I then saw them making their way back to the store. I then called and asked what was happening and reminded them of the address and the instructions. I was then informed that I would be called by the driver. Another 15 mins had passed where I could see the driver come back then leave again. I called the store once again to ask what was going on and that I still have not recived a call. At this point the driver was again making their way back to the store. The driver did then call but did not introduce himself from dominos, and was very rude on the phone. He then stated that might be 5 minutes as there was no where to park. I stated where there was to pull over for him to deliver. In addition I was waiting for him outside anyway. Once again waited. I called once more and informed that if I was not going to get my pizzas tonight as a result of the driver, I wanted a refund. They informed that this could take a few days to process. I was then called by the driver who informed that he was there. When giving me the pizzas he initially gave me the bag which informed me that”can I have my pizzas?” He apologised then proceeded to take them out but was rushing and got stuck. I told him to relax and just take one out at a time. When I recived the pizzas, they were cold and all the toppings and come away and stuck to the box - likely a result of being squashed and him rushing to take out the pizzas. What we have learnt is that the “instructions notes” section in the app is there for a reason and the store should use them to follow the instructions . If I had not have made the calls I did, I likely would not have gotten anything. Poor results and poor customer service.

  I have visited there a couple of days ago, I found the taste and service were excellent, I have ordered cheese crust pizza and as per my expectation it was delicious and thin as preffered. I also would like to thank the indian man met at the main counter he gave me a warm welcome, I would like to recommend all to visit there for at least once with your loved once.nd m desperately waiting for my next visit
