  Don't normally order from this branch, understand that food will get cold that’s a given as this is further from our usual domino’s. The delivery drivers service was good. No faults with him at all. However the food wasn’t great. Undercooked and tasteless. Ordered two of the chicken box meals. Nothing special even at a discounted price as a meal. Would not pay for those separately. It was edible but the sauce was the only saving grace. What a shame

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. Order number: 1017900764 (9 June 2026). I placed an order for delivery from this branch, which is less than two miles from my address. I even included delivery instructions and my mobile number in case the driver had any difficulty finding me. Despite this, my order was never delivered, and the driver returned it to the store without attempting to contact me. After waiting for over an hour, I called the branch and was told that a full refund had been issued. However, more than three weeks later, I still have not received it. During that time, I have had to call the branch repeatedly. Each time I was given a different explanation, including IT issues, the manager not being available, and at one point I was even incorrectly told that they do not deliver to my postcode, despite my address being less than two miles from the store. After they eventually found my order, I was once again told to call back later because they were unable to process the refund. What should have been a straightforward refund has required multiple phone calls and wasted a significant amount of my time. To make matters worse, one of the staff members I spoke to was rude and showed little interest in helping resolve the issue. I have now reported the matter to Domino’s UK Customer Service and am still waiting for my refund. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend this branch based on the service I have received.

  Spoke on the phone the other night to the manager Damien after I accidentally ordered for collection instead of delivery, and was met with fantastic service amending and remaking the order, and got it sent out for delivery in no time at all. Really appreciated the way the situation was handled as a fellow hospitality worker and would recommend the hell out of this kind of customer service. Thanks again guys!
