  When arrived which took over 20minutes for a 5 minute journey the pizza and chicken was cold, including the garlic bread that was on the top,as for the other side and mac n cheese and loaded veg in the tin trays were luke warm at best. order was placed at 21:30 delivery arrived at 22:15 and sent back! it is now 22:50 and not received anything back or a refund, ive called the drayton branch to be told in so many words that im lying etc also im only going to be given 50% back! I have demanded 100% refund and got told i wasnt going to get it!! Absolutely disgusted & unprofessional... I will be putting in a complaint!

  Popped in to look at the menu and unfortunately they don't except cash so I was unable to offer them my custom. Poor show and a shame.

  Placed an order at 11.55 and advised it will be delivered within 25-45 mins - called the shop at the end of 45 mins to be advised they’re running behind and it will be another 30 mins - 30 mins passed and they advised they would contact the driver and call me back - they never did so another 30 mins later I call again and advised it will be an additional 7 mins order eventually arrives at 2.30 and it’s cold - I wish they never accepted the order advising it will take 25 mins it’s misleading and I want this to be fully investigated please provide dominos hq email address so I can raise my complaint accordingly - based on this experience I don’t think I’ll use this store again
