  I recently visited my local Co-op supermarket to pick up a few essentials, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, making it easy to find everything I needed without any hassle. One thing that stood out was the balance of staff to customers—there were enough employees available to assist when needed, without the store feeling overcrowded. I also appreciated the good mix of self-service kiosks and staffed checkouts. This setup works particularly well for customers with just a few items, helping to keep queues moving efficiently. The only downside I encountered was the limited parking. The car park has space for only a small number of vehicles, which can make it quite challenging to find a spot. Overall, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to shop, especially for quick trips, but the parking situation can be tricky

  This Co op is a nice distance from where I live, and it used to be a great place to get bits and pieces, with nice staff. Unfortunately it has gone downhill recently, most of the staff in there now are quite rude and don’t even seem to know what they are doing. Half the time when they serve you they are either talking to someone else over a headset, or simply wandering off during a transaction. I’m assuming that they only employ teenagers now, just to save money on wages. I now only use the store if I have no other choice. Do better.

  I understand that it can be stressful times during this pandemic but seriously I myself work in a supermarket but SOME of the staff in this co op are not helpful and can come across rather rude also certain staff need to up there personal hygiene, also the fruit and veg chilled area sometimes smells like go off food which clearly they haven't sorted out.
