  Thanks to Burger king in Norwich I had an nice cold burger and stone cold chips , I went down to the shop Next door really I’m working on Amazon premises less then I mile away get in the canteen food was cold … 🥺 disappointed but there you go , £ 15 pounds less in my bank account .. wouldn’t recommend!

  I attended this resteraunt with my wife on 29.04.26 for a naughty meal, on entering the premises we were greeted by a lady who immediately took our order over the counter, after approximately 15 minutes our order number was called out, we sat down anticipating a lovely tasty meal of a whopper and fries each, on taking a bite of the whopper my wife said to me that whopper was barely warm, I then picked up my fries to discover they were nice and hot , I then unwrapped the whopper and took a bite, to find it too was barely warm....we finished our meal and left the restaurant without complaint as we were not in a position to wait around for replacement meal. We will not be re visiting this restaurant again as our exparience was somewhat disappointing. We favour BK over McDonald's so we will take our custom to the new BK on Broadland Gate as we have heard good reports from friends who live in that area of the city.

  Music was too loud, understaffed, orders wrong. Staff were doing their best but definitely need more staff.
