  I have been here before, and it was really nice, however this time, things changed.. I ordered like normal, everything went well, got my food. I then went home, and found out that they had forgotten my fries. I am disappointed. I am confused on how they messed up my order, since there was only 1 other order in front of me, it wasn't busy at all but they still forgot my fries. It was my birthday today and it completely ruined my whole day. I am very disappointed and will not be going there again.

  A very disappointing experience. No ice and warm Coke from machine. Food was cold. Staff were very unhelpful and uninterested. It’s a new store and would have expected much better.

  Awful burger, overcooked patti, dry roll. Didn't enjoy it at all, expected it to be better than the McDonald's neighbour but it was nowhere near as good and more expensive. Wrote a complaint to Burger King, it was totally ignored, no response whatsoever.

  Yesterday 10:30pm I was in this shop and nock on the door one staff member said come to the front door then I go to the front doors and again said come round to drive through and I go there one car come I was just waiting when finished her service I order some food for me and kids , but other person who served to the drive through he was angry and so rude said why you come here by walking , I said my moped parked in your parking area when I was in your door step your other staff said come round here that’s why I am here he said common sense used you need to come with your car I said I have moped not car and your staff said come round I said ok that’s why I am here and he angry and said moved and so rude I said it’s not my fault. I can’t talk to me like this you can say nicely ok go next time you have to come with moped or remember but he said moved otherwise I call police and I said ok call the police then I think he his not perfect to the service because he call police and police come and I explain everything he smile and say you’re absolutely fine go McDonald and order your food I said ok and Thank you very much for your understanding. But really disappointed about this Burger King staff who did the things and he waste police time for silly matters I think Burger King need to take action against this staff and look the CC camera then burger king owner find what is the matter.Date was 02/06/2026 time 10:30-10:50 pm drive trough service staff I humbly request you need to take action against him it is your reputation and customer service if like this I can say we need to avoid Burger King for forever. Thank you

  Ok so the people are nice - but my word.. every time I’ve been in the place tables are filthy and the floor is covered food.. needs more effort to clear up. The food is generally ok but marked down because of the sheer shock I had with my lettuce… brown chunk of what now.. see picture. It’s new… I give them time.. I want this to be good… please get better 😅
