  The breakfast food and service was good. Dinner is another story. I went as a party of 3. When we ordered a second round of drinks, they were slammed on the table. We were charged for food that we initially ordered and then were told they didn't have so we ordered something else (in other words, charged for food we didn't have). When we brought this up to the staff they were rude and disrespectful about it. Again, breakfast was good and food was decent. Afternoon and evening staff were rude and argumentative

  9 of us who were booked in after travelling 4hrs to play a tennis match. Sticky floors and tables, poor customer service, the pub was empty and they acted like anyone coming in was a inconvenience. Dark and dingy. Dirty and needs a good clean inside and outside. Register to park or else you will get a fine.

  Service was shocking from the moment we walked in, confronted with attitude. No hello or welcome. We were rushed to order our food and with not visiting before there was no explanation with how the breakfast menu worked either. We asked questions which lead to sarcastic responses. Staff really need to be trained in hospitality, the place should feel inviting not a burden for visiting. Once we did receive breakfast it is definitely not worth £11.99. First and last visit here, lots of improvement required. Avoid Avoid Avoid !

  My husband Ordered The Big Stack Burger however when it arrived, there was barely any fries on the side and the burger didn't have any tomatos or onions in as the menu stated. The waitress then said she'd get a fresh burger (quite reluctantly to be honest) however she returned 2 mins later with a burger that had been clearly shoved in the microwave for 2 mins and the chips had just been pushed around the plate and were cold. The waitress in question has no personality whatsoever. Rude attitude. No follow up questions were asked during our dinner and after she brought the burger out again, she spent the entire remaining time glaring at our table and rolling her eyes at us too. However when my husband brought his concern to the supervisor on shift, he was lovely, took the burger off the bill and was extremely apologetic which we appreciated however I don't think we'll be returning for a while.
