  Ordered for delivery, charged me twice, rang up twice for refund, told takes 4 working days Times up so trading standards will be informed Monday. Diabolical customer service 😡😡😡😡

  Had an issue with an order from another store in town…manager couldn't authorise refund, couldn’t authorise another pizza to be cooked said I would have to do it via the app and wait for response….nipped into this branch to see if they could help….explained what had happened, more than happy to cook another pizza and dispose of the other one…..great customer service, great attitude, will use this one in the future rather than the other one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Kings lynn, Norfolk My food was late. The driver got lost so i had to go over to him. And when my food arrived i was missing a sauce, that cost me extra.
