I have just been to this coop with my finance and I am disgusted with the behaviour of a member of staff named Tammy. A elderly man who has suffered from multiple strokes was trying to enter the shop, and this member of staff blocked him from entering verbally abused him and humiliated him. Her reasons for this were that he had driven a moped into the shops before and knocked over a stand (this man can no longer move the left half of his body and this is discrimination) if they were opposed to the moped they should have facilitated this customer however they weren’t as we watched another man on a moped drive in. The second reason was that he had a altercation with a customer and member of staff, we have later found out that it was ONE person they were referring to and it is a member of staffs mother, if someone has had a stroke this can cause behaviour like this (which she should be educated on),he would’ve been provoked for this situation to even occur it seems like nepotism to me. I will not stand for bullying and this behaviour demonstrated by Tammy needs to be handled immediately! One wrong doesn’t make another right.

I went into the Co-op earlier this evening and least to say I was disgusted, there was a young woman called tammy verbally abusing a man who appeared to have a disability, I saw her getting in his face, swearing at him and being absolutely disgusting. Apparently he wasn’t allowed in the shop with his mobility scooter regardless of him having multiple strokes and being unable to move the left side of his body, yet to my suprise when I was in the shop I saw a mobility scooter actively moving through the shop. This is absolutely disgusting and the staff need more training on what disability’s are and how to treat people who suffer. Tammy however needs more than that and needs basic humanity and respect training. Do better.

i truly think this is vile behaviour and need to be sorted out asap. as what i saw no human should be treated with such little respect

If I could leave 0 stars, best believe I would. I have just been to Snettisham COOP and watched a member of staff named Tammy verbally abuse an elderly man who has suffered from 3 strokes. She stood in the door way blocking the entrance like a bouncer, she humiliated him and put him under immense stress. It was so bad multiple members of the public had to tell her to stop. Absolutely disgusting, I will be calling HR to make a formal complaint.
