  Usually a big Domino's fan, and I've been looking forward to the new store opening. But when I visited in their first week, the experience was poor. They advertised a two topping collection pizza for £8.99. I ordered Ham and Pineapple. They charged me £12. I figured there must be some small print so paid, but then couldn't find any so asked the lady on the till. She said although I had ordered a two topping pizza, she has put it through as a menu pizza so no deal. I said that wasn't very good service. She just shrugged and said perhaps she should have said something but didn't offer anything to remedy the situation. It was just a case of "tough luck". I complained to Domino's head office who asked for details but then ignored my response. So it's the first and last time I'm going there - if they are happy to rip customers off, they won't get my business.
