  Joke. Can't speak to a human just get fobbed off by the AI person on the phone. Not great customer services very impersonal.

  All staff I’ve met here are some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met in hospitality, they have such a passion for giving their guests a great dining in experience. As well as warm service, the place is run so smoothly, they know their stuff, I’ve been for breakfast and dinner before and the standard is incredibly high, with deliciously cooked food to top it off!! A real treat to be served here, and what more could you want being by the seaside?! Thank you all x

  Awesome view of spectacular Great Yarmouth Beach's Golden Mile. Sunday Roast Wasn't Too Bad Either!

  Very nice people . Went with the kids on family outing and it was great. Felt very welcome and food was really nice. I had salmon and potatoes. Great kids meals that were priced fairly. Fish and chips looked amazing. Overall nice experience. Glad we visited.

  Appalling. Tried to book for breakfast, nothing available online but google stated quieter than usual so went anyway. Parked up, paid and entered. It was only then that we spotted customers get 3 hours free parking. Waited by the host stand only to find a printed A4 sheet stating only bookings and hotel guests would be served. I explained to the girl that we'd tried to book but their website wouldn't allow any bookings for breakfast until Saturday (today is Monday). She gave no explanation as to why. We also stated that we'd paid to park only to be met with 'that's not our carpark'. Despite the fact that the car park is directly outside the entrance and no signs say it's not for the pub! Really not impressed with the experience. No wonder all Beefeaters are closing. Avoid!
