  they are so rude and mumble expecting you to hear them. But the food is just like any other domino’s the people hear are miserable but then some are sunshine and rainbows

  Ordered on Uber Eats , order was accepted and soon changed to heading your way. Over an hour later (delivery estimate was 15mins) i called as it still had not arrived. To be told they dont have my order. They checked ubereats and found it and started being rude about how its really busy so it doesn't transfer to their main system. They will start it now. 5mins later they call me back to say its my fault as I havent entered a post code. Which I had and could see it on the order. They chap was really rude and said if you dont enter basic info you dont get your order. Yet they had accepted it and updated it to say it was heading my way. Very rude staff, very poor process management. Maybe before you blame your customers, you assess why you are ignoring orders but accepting them , changing to heading my way but actually doing sweet FA. Had you felt you needed confirmation on a post code you could of called You also then ignored 3 order update requests uber sent you Terrible service

  Staff attitude on the phone leaves a lot to be desired. Phoned to order a small pizza with 2 toppings for £6.99 and was told there is no such thing and the cheapest small pizza is £10. Said we would look online and was told by the guy on the phone 'good luck'. Lo and behold it's on the app to order. Maybe a bit off staff training is in order. The store in gorleston is a lot better after the staff bend over backwards to help you.
