  You can tell the ‘team leader’ cares desperately about being liked by her staff than doing a decent job of running the place. You’ll wait a needlessly long time for your food (chatting, dawdling) then it’ll cold because you waited so long.

  Not the best to be honest . So the waiting times are as long as your arm . The food we ordered was not the food we got . And as a result went down well lol 😚 . Need to work on customer service . But saying that the staff were working hard just not enough of them

  Arrived at 18:58, queue had about 5 people so we expected a fast order. How wrong we were, we finally ordered at 19:26, 28 minutes later which was pathetic, especially with 5 or 6 staff on. We got our food 5 minutes after and when we got it the fries were luke-warm, burger was nice however. The service on the DIY machines was around 7 or 8 minutes from start to finish, but if you have allergies expect to wait over 30 minutes. Would only recommend if you don't care about waiting, bad experience wouldn't go again. I work in the same industry so I know that service should be a lot faster, need more staff on or to at least be trained properly and under pressure as fast food should be fast.

  Quick and easy to order on the Haven app for delivery to caravan. Arrived at designated time and was hot and tasty.
