Sometimes you wait 5min to be served at the drive through, meals are incorrect often, staff seem to be distant and disinterested in being there. It's a pity because the place offers work to the youth yet they seem to hate working.

He made our experience of ordering, a pleasant one, he has excellent customer care skills, was very welcoming and engaging.
