    I didn’t catch the name of the employee, but thank you to the gentleman who doesn’t drink canned drinks. Your service was impeccable, you worked diligently to ensure I got the correct meal, plus you prepared everything to a great standard. You ran a tight ship and we love to see it <3

    I’m not sure whether the man with the beard working on 21/07/2026 was the manager or the owner, but my experience at this Subway was absolutely unacceptable. I went there to collect a delivery order, but there was a technical issue with the delivery app. The order wasn’t showing, and I was already trying to contact the delivery company’s support team. This was clearly an issue between the app, the customer, and me as the delivery rider. It had nothing to do with the restaurant. Instead of showing even a little understanding, this man decided to take out his frustration on me. When it wasn’t even his problem to begin with. He’s been paid for the food regardless. The moment I walked in, he repeatedly questioned me in a rude and humiliating manner in front of all the customers. I answered politely at first, but it quickly became obvious that he wasn’t interested in helping. He just wanted to show he was in charge and speak down to me. I calmly explained that any issue with the delivery app would be handled between the delivery company, the customer, and myself. Despite that, he continued his aggressive attitude and eventually I refused to take the order from someone like him. He then told me to leave the restaurant and that too was with a very rude manner. I’ve been doing deliveries across king’s Lynn and Wisbech area for quite some time and have visited countless restaurants. This is the first time I’ve ever been treated with such disrespect. No one deserves to be spoken to or looked down on like that simply for doing their job. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while delivering. I genuinely hope he learns to treat people with basic respect, regardless of their job. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

    Staff were a bit blunt, the whole toilet situation is a ball ache, you have to put a pin in from your receipt to use the toilet. Really not a good idea and is inconsiderate to your customers as you and your kids have to hold it in until you've received your receipt, then go to the toilet while your food gets cold. I find subways very hit and miss which is not good for the brand. I am aware your a franchise but many other franchises run very similar like arc car washes, KFC and mc donalds so I'm sure subway can sort this minor problem of being inconsistent out.
