  This is the worlds slowest McDonald's. Never been in and out of here in under 20 minutes.

  Went to the drive through this morning at 0855 and ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffin meals. Thought I would get something quick and easy as I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. The queue was slow and when I eventually got to the collection window I was asked to park up in a bay and they would bring my food to me. After 15 mins I could see the staff bringing out food to customers who were behind me in the queue. I waited for 30 mins in total and got fed up waiting any longer. I went in and asked for the Manager to cancel my order as I wasn’t prepared to wait any longer as they were making me late and I wanted a refund. The Manager didn’t seem bothered nor did she once apologise. She gave me the refund back onto my debit card and offered me to keep the 2 apple juices, which I declined. This McDonald’s has been very hit and miss with its service since it opened. They often got the orders wrong. I won’t be using this McDonald’s anymore as the service is awful and they can’t track or process orders in the order they come in. My advice is to not waste your time and use another McDonald’s.

  Slowest drive through in history! 30 minutes of sitting in a small queue! Truly horrible! Why not take the order and put people in the car park??what is wrong with you?!?!?!

  On arrival, I attempted to take my son to the toilet, only to find both male cubicles blocked and overflowing. After using the disabled toilets instead, we then ordered our food. I approached the desk 3 times to ask what was happening with the order, and after 28 MINUTES, the manager realised they had been looking at the wrong number......the wrong number of their own system generated receipt. Finally got the food after half an hour, only for some of it to be cold and missing a set of fries. Looking at the crowds of other people all waiting as well, this SLOW FOOD restaurant simply cannot keep up with the demand they have created.

  I have just been to mcdonalds here, its not the first time, or the second time but they always get the order wrong. They have people working there who are incompotent! Luckily I checked the bag or i wouldnt have got the food i ordered. They looked at me like i was speaking another language! I would not go here again, because the incompotence of the staff is ridiculous.
