  Food arrived hot but it was absolutely revolting. The chicken had tasteless, soggy-feeling, orange breadcrumbs. The chips were anaemic. The dough used for garlic bread pizza tasted dry. What a waste of £20. Won't be returning.

  Placed an order for delivery through the app at 6pm, all went through okay and money was taken from my account, got to 6:50 but still no food so phoned the store and was told that they aren’t accepting online orders so had discarded my order with no thought of contacting me or issuing a refund. A refund was only granted after arguing over the phone for 10 minutes and was told it would take over a week to go through. Won’t be using again.

  Had my favourite veggie supreme pizza from Dereham Team. The pizza was full of ingredients, baked perfectly following very friendly and efficient service from staff member Anshik. Thank you very much, one happy customer.

  Food has really gone down hill, we started ordering during the pandemic and it was superb, last 2 orders we had were just bad, poor quality, less toppings, pizzas that just taste old, and the price just doesn't justify. The new chicken dippers theyve incorporated were terrible, had the appearance of defrosted Iceland chicken tenders, sloppy and colourless, we had to check they were even cooked. My father in law ordered the tenders and chips and had a bad stomach the next day. Won't be ordering again. One thing I will say is the staff are excellent, delivery drivers always polite and punctual.
