  ❌ Slowest Burger King I've ever visited, zero sense of urgency I've now given this location two chances, thinking the first long wait might just be a one-off. Both times, I placed a tiny, simple order - and waited 30 minutes each time at the so-called fast food window. Other family members at different times also experienced the same waiting time. Standing there like a plank that long just to collect food is ridiculous. While waiting, I watched the staff through the collection window - not busy preparing food, but standing around chatting about everything except their jobs, like it's a social club. I wasn't the only one either - I saw other customers waiting, getting visibly frustrated too. By the time I finally got my order, I wasn't even hungry anymore. The whole point of this place is that it's meant to be convenient right here on the holiday park - but what's convenient about waiting half an hour for basic fast food? Absolutely not fit for purpose. Won't be coming back, and can't recommend it.

  Slow service ( Half an hour). Chaotic service served those who'd literally ordered 5 mins ago whilst keeping others waiting ages ( screen display irrelevant!). NO SEATING . Those with issues standing have nowhere to sit ! Why ? Plenty of space to put seats in area. You cannot use rewards, offers or loyalty points either so full price. Not listed on BK app yet its own website has links to it !!. Staff pleasant enough ,food of decent quality but won't be returning to this branch.

  Very clean and it was busy too. Only complaint was I hate my bacon cold. Besides that everything went well.

  The atmosphere of this restaurant is 10/10 it's like a little village rather than holiday park laid out lovley and staff super friendly 😀
