Absolutely awful customer service, as soon as I asked a question , one man rolled his eyes and the other spoke to me so belittling , then after talking to me like I was a child he finally realised I was asking a valid question . Made me feel like rubbish even my little girls said why are they being like that! Just absolutely no need :(
Pretty good for a subway. Local people who I could actually understand which makes a welcome change from the norm. Took instruction well & I left with the sandwich I asked for.
Only real issue was I felt like I was disturbing them from something, & to be clear I was their only IRL customer. Looking at their orders board I could see there were plenty of online orders so perhaps that’s where they’re focused, not that they were making any of those while I was there.

Absolutely appalled at the music the staff played at 12:30 in the afternoon, popped in for lunch during half term week and there were families with kids on almost every table. Music on full volume with the most vulgar sexual language that even adults were finding repulsive. The staff did not seem to care and were more than happy dancing and singing away to the music. It was quite clear they had put their own playlist on. A little bit of awareness from the staff for the time of day and clientele they had in wouldn’t go amiss. Also food was crap

New screens are an absolute load of Codswallop. Which they are trying to suggest you use. Slow down service despite claiming it to be quicker.
And the POS system beeps like an over achieving fog horn every time an order comes through. The constant beeping is insufferable.

I was looking for Simone’s house but was only able to find this Subway.
Simone was no where to be found which was rude of her, but the staff provided good service and product.
