  I placed an order for delivery at around 10:00 on a Sunday night, about an hour and thirty minutes later my food still hadn’t arrived, I was getting worried because it was getting late and so I phoned them letting them know about the situation, they took my address and order details and hung up, about 15 minutes later my food finally arrived just to pay full price for the food I had waited an hour and fifty minutes for, and the delivery driver wasn’t apologetic at all. Won’t be ordering again.

  Honestly so disappointed in this place, foods nice when it’s actually warm. (Which you have to do yourself via a microwave) Ordered a pizza, some garlic bread and onion rings and you would think it was sitting out for hours. Not a slight tinge of heat coming off it. Delivery times are horrendous, and to top it off they don’t listen to the delivery instructions provided. Asked them to not drive into my drive as it’s quite tight and they wouldn’t be able to get turned. They ignored this and drove into the drive and proceeded to ruin my grass trying to turn their car, even though I clearly stated I didn’t want them to.   Overpriced food. Poor toppings. Last time dough undercooked, previously base burnt. I do not recommend.

  I ordered from Ballynahinch Apache on December 30th 2025. I am a vegetarian customer, I ordered a vegetarian pizza but received a pizza covered in meat. I returned the pizza to the Ballynahinch Apache the next day, on December 31st not long after 4pm, and asked for a refund. The staff member took my address and told me he would pass this on to the manager and the manager will be able to send me my refund. Five days have passed since then and I am still yet to hear back from anyone at Apache and I still haven’t received my refund. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience and I am expecting a full refund. This is also not the first time I have received a pizza covered in meat, as a vegetarian customer, from the Ballynahinch Apache. I hope to hear back from someone and have this matter resolved.
