A member of staff was taking items off and blocking access to the fridge containing the discounted items. I politely asked if I could take a salad from the fridge he was obstructing, and he responded in a way that I felt was unnecessarily rude and discourteous. It showed a total lack of customer service. I reported the situation to the manager on site because I felt the staff member had really crossed the line for no reason. As a result of this experience, I won't be returning to this store.
