  The food was served hot and was really tasty. The service was exceptional and the staff were polite and friendly. The atmosphere was really good.

  I was standing at the toilet door waiting for it to be opened and was ignored by the staff who noticed me, I had to ask multiple times for the door to be opened, eventually she said "you have to be a customer", I said "I am a customer" then she just repeated "you have to be a customer" so I repeated that "I am a customer", then she said you need a customer number, I told her my customer number, she then went to the computer to i assume check it, then she walked over to the door to open It totally blanking me without saying anything. I said thanks to her and she did not even look at me. Are the staff trained to be as rude as possible? Is this one of those joke restaurants where the staff be rude as a theme.

  Barely any chips in a large portion..paid 0.70 for a dip, server didn't put it in the bag.
