  Not happy with the service from Judith, would not serve me a monster even though I had my ID that stated my age. She would not serve me because I was with another person who did not have an ID on them although the monster was for me. Does this mean if a child was with a mother buying an energy drink she would she not be served because the child doesn’t have ID. Does not make sense. Not happy.

  Went to Kingston park for a big shop and as we didn't have a lot of time as needed to collect kids from school we used a scan gun to save time at the end, after we had filled the trolly with near £300 of groceries we went to the till only to be totally embarrassed by a little elderly member of staff who dragged our trolly to a table and said she needs to scan the whole lot again and started at a snails pace! It was so embarrassing we told them to stick it and walked out!! We will never shop here again! Staff are ignorant and there is always a horrible smell in and around the store!
