    No problem with the staff and seems nice and clean and everything in order. I do have a problem with the ordering system! The ordering on an iPad seems pointless and ridiculous. It’s not quicker it takes ages, people were going ahead of me who were ordering one sandwich so I was behind on things getting made. They were checking the screen to see what was ordered so how does that save time? It surely would be quicker for me to say.. onions… tomatoes etc?? Just seems pointless and unnecessary!

    They’re got one of those screens to order food rather than speaking to someone. Makes the process 10x more complicated and 100x as slow. Staff are absolutely gormless too. Don’t go unless you’ve got 45 minutes to wait for one sandwich

    the coveted “angry” staff member was in full swing, I ordered an Oreo cookie and was told “they’re frozen” as if I should’ve known and shouldn’t be ordering it?? so I asked for the mini cookies instead and he replied “not got any.” With a very confused face, Again as if I should know? I do not work there fella, he then turned to his co worker and said “didn’t say we didn’t do them just don’t have any” and my sandwich was comparable to a brick, cheers❤️

    20 mins for 3 ‘hot’ items to all arrive cold, with very little filling in them (silly me thought a chicken sub was meant to have some chicken in it, evidently not?), is not it. Especially not when you’re sat waiting for it. Had substitutions for cheese - the slices of plastic cheese work well on jacket potatoes (not), not that the potatoes were hot enough to melt butter anyway… “No milk” for coffee either, after we prompted we were still waiting for one, as if we were meant to know? Staff could not be less interested in doing their work, you could certainly tell when a mate came in - they got served and left with their food immediately, before anyone else. Openly discussing their illnesses/infections while having their heads in the serving counter were extra bonuses. One stroking their beard over the meats was the last straw that put me off my food. Having visited a variety of Subway’s, I can safely say without a doubt this is the worst in the UK.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Wish I had read through all the terrible reviews before I got food from here! Absolutely disgusted at the rude staff member (others have mentioned him in their reviews) how he is still working here is beyond me. Sauces were missing, foot long sub was uncut, cold & soggy (asked for it to be toasted, he obviously couldn't be bothered). Portions of sides were tiny & cold, items missing & 1 cookie had bite marks in & hairs on. Never going back. If you're thinking of visiting I strongly suggest you think again! Both the food & staff are vile!!!
