Called in to ask if they hadn't sent one. No, not even made. Phone handler was lovely though very apologetic, but still now waiting on a refund which id ideally not have to process.

The ordering on an iPad seems pointless and ridiculous. It’s not quicker it takes ages, people were going ahead of me who were ordering one sandwich so I was behind on things getting made. They were checking the screen to see what was ordered so how does that save time? It surely would be quicker for me to say.. onions… tomatoes etc?? Just seems pointless and unnecessary!
- LRLaila RabbittJun 12, 20261.0the coveted “angry” staff member was in full swing, I ordered an Oreo cookie and was told “they’re frozen” as if I should’ve known and shouldn’t be ordering it?? so I asked for the mini cookies instead and he replied “not got any.” With a very confused face, Again as if I should know? I do not work there fella, he then turned to his co worker and said “didn’t say we didn’t do them just don’t have any” and my sandwich was comparable to a brick, cheers❤️
