When the kind lady noticed that the croissants were finished, she smiled and said it would take a few minutes, and she kindly prepared one for me fresh — even though she could have easily said they were sold out. Her professional attitude and warm behavior truly made my day. Also, all the staff here are completely friendly and kind. Three other lovely girls were working alongside her, and you can clearly see their skill and speed in their work, always with a smile. I genuinely enjoy coming to this branch and truly appreciate their wonderful team.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
