  2 hour wait for delivery. When calling the restaurant to chase up order, no response. I will never order from here again

  Food was gross and overpriced nothing came as it looked on the images the staff looked like zombies and didn't even want to be there won't be coming back ever !!

  Hardly anyone inside and the place looks worse and more bland from pictures before the makeover food was meh not as good as McDonald's the service was unorganised missing things that had been ordered would go again if i had to only went cause McDonald's was full

  Absolutely shocking and don’t sell parties on their own like most Burger Kings do and food usually cold absolute waste of a BK

  1/5 – Grilling Since 1954, Cleaning Since Never Walked in expecting fast food. Got a masterclass in collective disengagement. Behind the counter, one employee was constructing a Whopper with the trembling concentration of someone defusing ordnance in a combat zone. A second was conducting a full personal phone call while ferrying a Tupperware container on what appeared to be a completely purposeless lap of the kitchen. The one in the photo was chatting to her mate across the counter — not serving, not moving, just chatting. Three delivery drivers stood waiting. I stood waiting. The burgers, presumably, were also waiting — for someone to care. The bin was overflowing, structurally compromised, and apparently nobody's problem. Food waste on the floor. Surfaces that looked like they hadn't seen a cloth since the Blair administration. This isn't just poor service — it's a hygiene issue. The kind that gets Environmental Health involved. Burger King puts "Grilling Since 1954" on the wall like it's an achievement. Seventy-two years to perfect the art of a lukewarm burger served in a skip. Do yourself a favour. Keep walking.
