  Every other staff member I have ever met seemed lovely, outgoing, smiles and even communicates. However I don't know if she is new or not but she is a tall dark skinned lady, young. But she seems miserable all the time, never has a smile on her face and doesn't say hello. Just grabs the item you are buying with a snobby look on her face and sends you off. I understand sometimes we have bad days but it is every time I have been served by her that she just seems miserable all the time and doesn't bother to even look me in the eyes. It just makes me feel very judged.

  absolutely vile staff member. I overhead an older gentleman (late 40’s early 50’s, dark skin, bald head, looked like his mother never told him she loved him) bragging to a customer about his tendency to overcharge women paying in cash when he was on the tills! i find this absolutely appalling (especially in women’s history month) and demand an immediate investigation into this individual
