  Wow lady behind the till has an attitude problem, no clear signage about dogs, only one person in the shop paying, l grabbed a drink near the tills went to pay and wow. Dogs aren’t allowed you shouldn’t be in here, (wasnt mentioned when I entered the shop in a polite manner) l mentioned the poor signage on the door her response was it’s common sense——-WOW customer service NOT.

  Your colleague Stephen is a credit to you. We had lost our wallet and the patience and help he demonstrated was phenomenal, going through all cctv and searching outside where we had parked, regularly calling me to keep me updated (we were over an hour and a half drive away), the wallet was later found elsewhere. Thank you so much for all your help and going above and beyond with your service. Also a special thank you to Lisa who had saw my comment on Facebook about no one answering the phone, so had messaged her colleagues to pick up.
