- GRGeordie RooAug 27, 20261.0The terrible duo of Uber and McDonald’s, ordered food at 12:30pm it was accepted at 12:34pm, thought today might be one of them special days when the food comes hot out the fryer straight on my plate. How wrong I was. Uber didn’t have a driver at the location so one had to go from Blaydon, then he must of picked other orders up or just decided to go the long way round to get to me. Food arrived stone cold, McFlurry was now an Oreo milkshake. Jumped onto Uber customer service and had the conversation in the pictures. No answers, no help and quick to run away when they’ve used all their AI written bs responses. I mean how hard is it to offer the service a customer pays for? One last thing, why accept the order if there is no delivery agent available in the area! Makes no sense.
