  I sometime get a takeaway from here and usually it’s lovely but now when u go to order on just eat it accurately makes u get extras stuff on the meals and have to pay for sauces when’s it’s required

  I could see staff were closing up as ir was 8.45pm but when I got home and opened the food the wagu burger was burned to a crisp and the chips were cold. Very disappointed. Couldn't eat the £14.41 meal.

  Worst Burger King I have ever been to. Just got back from here, I had walked over from the Holiday Inn. Ordered the cheese loaded fries and a Fanta. The Fanta was luke warm with no ice and when I got back to my room the fries had bacon on. Went straight in the bin, what a waste of money

  This place was the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever entered. Ordering at the self-service terminal did not work at all. We ended up paying for the food twice… but since the printer had run out of ink and nothing was legible, and the order hadn’t been transmitted to the service counter either, we were not served. When we asked for help, one employee refused to assist us. She simply said “no” and that was it. She also refused to enter the order manually. We were, of course, very disappointed and discussed among ourselves what to do next. At that point, a taller person came out from the kitchen and squared up in a confrontational manner, as if ready for a fight. This place is absolutely unacceptable.
