As well as getting two ice creams sent back out as they “forgot” our order and are training staff. Michelle bless her heart was an absolute superstar and couldn’t be more apologetic. She even came out and made balloon animals and invited my little boy into the kitchen to make his own nice cream. So although it was a manic experience some good did come out of it. The bad review comes from ontop of all of this I’ve been fined £100 for overstaying! When surely if you put into consideration the fact we waited nearly an hour alone for our food to come out hence why we were refunded, to then the ice cream experience as well as eating our food… of course it was going to go over. I went in today to talk about it to be informed that they’ve been told no staff can otherwise it comes out of the big boss “Bills” pocket. They’ve essentially just told me to ignore it or appeal it but other than that there’s nothing they can do. Considering I’m a regular customer and my partner actually used to work here is disgusting! Every single staff member was genuinely shocked when they seen I’d been given the notice.

- BGBig GMay 4, 20261.0Absolutely braindead. Ordered McCrispy with cheese and bacon. Asked for lettuce to be removed. When i got home id been given a McCrispy with nothing but mayo on. The clue is in the name. Its not a McCrispy with Cheese and Bacon if you leave the cheese and bacon off.
