I must of stood over 10 minutes while other people were coming in and getting served. Eventually someone came to me and my food had been sitting there on their counter, i thought they must of still been putting my order up. Not a massive issue but its the 2nd time its happened where i was left standing and nobody comes to you, I think they need to pay more attention to the click and collect area, no excuses when its not massively busy. The whole point of click and collect is to not be waiting 5 to 10 minutes.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
