  Never in my life have I witnessed such shameful behavior around food. The member of staff dropped an onion ring on top of a bin lid and put it back into the bag for my order then handed it to another member of staff for them to pretend to dispose of it at the back and get some more unaware that I could fully see them. When chalenged she denied it and with a full on attitude put them into the bin. When we have got back to the caravan the nuggets are full of oil. Seriously need to drop your vats and do a good boil out because your oil quality is atrocious for that much oil to be in nuggets.

  Food arrived late and cold. Fries were missing. No lettuce on whopper or chicken royal. Drink was missing. Just paid £30 for 3 cold incomplete burgers. As others have said no way to contact anyone about this, phone number goes to answerphone.

  Ordered food here to the caravan and it didn't even arrive and there is no way to contact the store as the number is invalid

  Ordered a delivery but it came dressed incorrectly, missing sauces and straws so drove back to fix it. Chap in the kitchen was bang on. Came out to apologise and fix the order for us. I fully understand how mistakes can happen in stressful environments so when somebody comes out, takes accountability and rectifies the problem promptly and professionally then they have to receive recognition for it. 10/10 for customer recovery.

  Service and hygiene is diabolical here. 18 minutes waiting for one meal for it to be cold. Employees leaving the unit and returning not washing their hands, rubbing their hands through their hair then touching food. Staff member standing on their phone whilst there is orders waiting… when we mentioned it to another staff member she said he was doing checks. Even worse she said that because if that’s true he is obviously fudging his legal checks because not once did he move or take a temperature check or anything. Doesn’t fill customers with great hope for the food to be safe and legal to serve. You would think with the unit being an open space where customers can see that employees would take more care in what they are doing as they’re always visible
