  I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. I asked for a custom Pepperoni pizza with vegan cheese and regular pepperoni due to food intolerance reasons. They took my order, and I waited in the car. When I went to pick up my pizza, it turned out they hadn't even started making it, so I had to order again. The shift manager refused to make it, with no proper explanation other than essentially “because I said no.” What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve ordered this exact combination at this location before without any issues. Domino’s own website even encourages customers to mix toppings freely and “go crazy with combinations” so everyone can find a pizza that suits them — apparently not according to the staff member who served me. Instead, I received a standard Vegi Supreme pizza that I did not ask for. On top of that, I ordered a Classic crust and received an extremely thin crust instead. Overall, very poor customer service, inconsistency, and disappointing handling of a simple request.

  Got food delivered by Helen. Such a lovely lady, good character and was friendly. Wish all my delivery drivers were like her! Food came quick and still very hot. Thank you. Would order again.
