  Really great experience at Domino’s! The pizza was delicious, fresh, and made very quickly. The quality was definitely 5-star, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

  Really disappointed with Domino’s since the new franchise took over. The service has been ridiculous. I changed my original order of two pizzas to the Father’s Day deal, which included two sides, and was assured that my original order would be refunded. Two months later, I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve been into the store three times and every time I’ve been told the area manager would contact me. Needless to say, nobody has. To make matters worse, I recently ordered a vegetarian pizza that arrived with chicken on it. This is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of care when preparing orders. The customer service has been appalling, promises haven’t been kept, and I’m still having to chase money I’m owed. Since the new franchise took over, the standard has gone downhill dramatically. I would strongly suggest management seriously looks at what is happening at this store, because this level of service is simply not good enough.
