Had a great experience at Burger King in Irvine. The food was spot on — fresh, tasty and exactly what you want when you're craving a good burger. Everything hit the mark, and I couldn't fault the meal. A special mention goes to Joanne, who served me. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. It's always nice to be served by someone who clearly takes pride in providing good customer service. On top of that, I used the Burger King app and got a fantastic 30% discount, which made the meal even better value for money! Overall, great food, excellent customer service and a brilliant saving through the app. I'll definitely be back and would happily recommend this Burger King to anyone in the Irvine area. Keep up the good work, especially Joanne!

Wish i could give the service 0 stars. Nearly 20-25 minute wait for the food to which the burgers were cold and the chips and sour cream pringle chicken was warmish. Not even a appologie from the shift manager about the delay and her attitude was disgusting. Very bad on everything and will not return

Almost empty restaurant. Ordered table service- got shouted up to the counter to collect it. The wait was 15 mins- longer than I expect for fast food. The food was lukewarm

Burger King has succumbed to the ordering machines and I'm struggling to see how it's making things any more efficient. There's only 2 order points & if it's busy or people in front of you are technically challenged you have to wait ages to put your order in. I wanted to use my blue light card & pay cash and my order was voided & I had to go up to the till & pay, the staff looked frazzled between the drive through orders & the justeat delivery driver orders & there wasn't enough staff on. The ordering process until my food arrived took about 25 minutes - don't think they can technically classify themselves as fast food anymore after that performance
