  Such a disappointment! We ordered £155 worth of pizza for a big Staff event and as we had previously used Dungannon Dominoes twice before we did not anticipate any issues. However they were not very helpful, kept changing what they said they could or couldn't do and left us confused! They also charged us £16 for a small Gluten Free Pizza that they had quoted kn the phone as being £ 6 or £7! They also were very rude to one of our staff members who went to collect the first half of the order at the agreed time. I do not appreciate any members of my Staff Team being shouted at. We did pay the extra £16 even though we were quoted a much lower price. They then delivered the second part of our order 20 minutes early despite the assurance it would be delivered at the appointed time that we had carefully stipulated to allow for Staff lunch breaks in a very busy work Environment. Such a genuine disappointment and they can rest assured we won't be using them again.

  I spoke with someone today called Marie, apparently covering the store, obnoxiously rude, placed me on hold for 10 minutes, then hung the phone up on me. I then kept calling the store, immediately placed on hold - no person on the other end of the line. I had to keep spam calling the store to finally get through, was was greeted with "YES". Nothing else, no greeting or telling me it's dominos, nothing. I wanted to talk with a manager about an issue with an order, they told me they were the manager, I started to discuss the issue and was cut off/spoken over mid sentence telling me to call back at 1700 as they aren't the normal manager there and that i can talk about my issue with my order from yesterday or whatever it was. I said that this service is shocking and before i could say anything else, i was placed on hold again.
