  At christmas time I had been shopping in tesco, unfortunately when leaving I went to the cash machine outside the building and forgot to lift a large sum of cash and walked off. When I realised I went back and the money was gone... Obviously in a panic now I went into the store and asked the lady Iris at customer service if she could check the camera to see if someone lifted it, she proceeded to lie to my face and say they had no external cameras facing the back machine and it would be illegal for them to have so. As a previous emplpoyee of the same store I knew this was false as I have seen the cameras outside and reviewed them before myself. I waited until Iris had left and asked a manager and she was fit to call up the camera facing the bank machine infront of me and confirmed no one had lifted the money and was returned to the bank machine. Iris clearly couldnt be bothered to help and had another blonde manager confirm her fake story of no cameras outside while i was standing beside them. Consdiering iris works at the customer service counter i find her actions absolutely deporable and I have no doubt if one of her friends or family had of asked the same question she would have had no problem helping them. She should not be in a forward facing customer service role, shes has always been sour and unhelpful from my experience working there and as a customer. Incase I have her name wrong, she is the short haired lady at the customer service counter.

  My local shop. Not as well stocked as it used to be. Car park prone to flooding. Staff are great though.

  Not bad they just need to fix some things I'm not too sure but the last time I was there there was no toilets open
