  I ordered via the app and went to the Cookstown store to collect it when it said it was ready. When I walked in I stood at the front counter for 30 mins and not one member of staff spoke to me. No greeting. No hello. Nothing. I stood like a ghost for 30 mins. They then brought me my food. I live 60 secs away from the store. When I got home all the food was freezing, missing the dip for the cini dippers. so I rang the store. The manager didn’t even want to speak to me. He kept asking me questions through whoever answered the phone. TJ he told me his name is. The kids about 18. He lied to me and told me when he gave me the food it had just been prepared. It most certainly had not. Everything was stone cold, it had clearly been sitting the entire time I had stood waiting. Couldn’t give me a refund. Said they couldn’t give me new food it would be a 2 hour wait. I will never ever be back in domino’s cookstown again. We already know it’s a rip off. Save your money and go to pizzeria on the fair hill. It’s half the price, the pizzas are superior in every way and the customer service is amazing. My order totalled £70 for a family of 4 and 2 of the pizzas where the smallest at 7”. Domino’s in cookstown is ran by a bunch of children who don’t care and haven’t even been trained on the basics of greeting a customer at the counter when they walk in. Had they greeted me, they would have figured out my order was sitting ready somewhere.

  As always, the food was delicious. I had the new Italian menu with thin and crispy base. Amazing! I ordered on line and collected. My order was on time. Inside was a bit untidy hence 4 star..I probably wouldn't have wanted to eat in had I had the choice

  Service and pizza was so good. PJ served us and it was delicious and he was lovely!!!!

  Food was cooked quick. Staff could be a bit more pleasant to be fair but overall was grand.
