  Third time visiting and the young gentleman Pulak who took my order during previous visits remembered myself and family from those visits and was so friendly and polite. He is very welcoming and is a great member of staff who makes visits great. He is very informed, works hard and knows the brand and the product. Food was delicious.

  Me and my wife came in few days ago and we had a great experience lovely food nice atmosphere served pretty quick aswell but today we wanted to try it again we been served by pulak I believe he’s name is lovely guy very helpful we ordered voodoo chips and what not we been told 15 to 20 mins wait time we waited 45 mins which was a long time but I understand at the end this lovely girl came over and said there’s no more chips left so hangry me came out and I just wanted to cancel the order altogether then some how they said there’s cheese on the chips now do u want it or no I took my food and stormed out thinking everything is in there but when we came home there was no chips 🤦🏻‍♂️ I rang back they told come back and was served by pulak again now currently I’m waiting for my chips while everything g else is going cold

  Collected my food at the given collection time. Food was given to me instantly on walking into the store. God knows how long it was sitting ready for collection as most mostly stone cold when we ate it in the car. Taste was ok but one lot of wings were really hard as if they’d been cooked hours ago and kept warm. For the price and the quality of our received food I wouldn’t be in a rush to order again. Hopefully would be better maybe if you sat in an ordered

  Served by the manager Matt and was given brilliant service like no other. Was patient the whole way through taking our order. Very friendly to both us the customers and his coworkers, it's quite easy to tell Matt is a brilliant manager, team leader and enjoys doing his job. Got the food within only 5 minutes and my friends and I were taken back with how good it was and how fast it had arrived. We will absolutely be coming back here as we were satisfied with our first visit, and are sure the next visit will satisfy us aswell. Highly recommend.

  Manager was absolutely lovely and made sure my autistic friend was able to understand his options. The food was immaculate and very good. A good friend of mine works there and the workers there really match eachothers positive energy, fair play wingstop, I would rate even higher if possible Fire shicken.
