  This McDonald's has got to be the worst branch in the UK. Drive through orders are rarely correct and you always have to wait for the order outside even if it's a straight forward hamburger and chips. You'll wait at least 10-15mins and when the food arrives it is cold. This isn't an occasional occurance, its every time!! Save yourself the disappointment and go to the aberdare or glynneath branch where even if you have to wait the food arrives warm and fresh. Whoever manages this branch is completely incompetent, needs McDonalds HQ to take an interest in sorting it out.

  It's a golden arch. You know what you're getting. Needed somewhere open late for a stop. Service was slow, but it was late so nothing was prepped and ready.

  30/05/26 -2:14pm I ordered food through the drive-thru and was told to park in the waiting area. Because it was full, I had to park nearby. After waiting 5 minutes, I got out of the car and sat right in front of the entrance. I stopped two staff members who were coming out to deliver other orders and showed them my receipt, but both claimed my food wasn't ready yet. After another 5 minutes, I walked into the store and spoke to the same guy—only to find my food had been sitting there ready the whole time. ​In total, I waited at least 30 minutes for my food because the staff couldn't even do a simple job. To make matters worse, there was no apology from the staff whatsoever. They clearly need more training.

  What a truly awful experience. Cold food, burgers, chips, and a wrap, all fresh? (Fresh???) out of the fridge. All the mens Toilets blocked and not working. Cleaner kept banging the doors LOUDLY, and the continuous beeps and bings from the machines made talking and thinking impossible. Next time I will drive the extra 30 miles and call into Burger King in Neath.

  Toaleta meska w trakcie czyszczenia, damska brudna bez plynu do rak🫣, disabled toaleta wola o pomste-zapchana, podloga brudna,smierdzaca. Ludzie ktorzy nie potrafia korzystac z publicznych toalet bie powinni wychodzic z domu-i nie mowie o osobach z uposledzeniem. Stoliki brudne i klejace pomimo malego ruchu(3stoliki zajete). Ladowarki do telefonow zuzyte i nie dzialajace. Pierwszy i na pewno ostatni raz w tym miejscu jak na Walie gdzie juz zdazylismy byc w podobnych tego typu miejscach. Staff nadrabia swoja zyczliwoscia. Ale poza tym-porazka.
