  Absolutely unbelievable customer service from Domino’s. I called to check on my order and the lady who answered was incredibly rude. She told me there was no order, then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, which she refused, before hanging up on me AGAIN. Regardless of whether there was an issue with the order, there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer like that and repeatedly hanging up on them. Disgusting hospitality and customer service. Sort it out, Domino’s!

  Shipton, the manager on shift was super helpful with a massive order on short notice, and made getting loads of pizza much easier than it otherwise would be! Overall pizza arrived quickly and did the job nicely.

  Ordered at 19:20, recieved food at 21:50. Phoned 3 times, after 40 minutes I called the first time (15 minutes after it said it had been delivered), they said the driver had been in an accident and it would be another 15 minutes, fair enough. Another 40 minutes went by called again, they said its on its way but then said would I like something for free? "How can I be given something for free if its already on its way?" I asked...silence......Told it would be 15 minutes. Another 40 minutes went by and I called and asked to speak to the manager, A lady came on the phone in an effort to pretend to be the manager. I said "Are you the manager" she said "the manager is 20 minutes away" so i asked the manager to call, was told they were out delivering and it would be 20 minutes, they didn't call.. requested a refund and confirmation of the refund and was told she would request it but I would recieve no confirmation. I already had been lied to 3 times by these people. Will not order from here again. (I know its trash food but I dont like getting lied to, there wasn't an apology at any point, just lies and confrontation)
