Butcher ShopWholesaler
We specialise in Highland and Shorthorn beef from our own farm, Edinvale. Our farm is certified Pasture for Life which means our cattle only eat grass and forage with no concentrate feeds used. We dry age our beef for a minimum of 30 days and deliver throughout the UK.
We also source lamb, pork, wild venison and game from local farms, crofts and estates who operate with a similar ethos to ourselves.
We aim to offer as sustainable, natural and delicious a product as possible with awesome customer service.
