Definitely will not be using your establishment again. Ive also raised the issue with your lack of customer service team. #Grudgebook

At 2/3am when it’s quiet there is always a really long wait and issues at the drive through counter. Got stuck there two nights ago at 3am just for a coffee, got stuck behind the first car for 20mins. Just move them to the bay so the rest of us can crack on. Happened there a few times now. No one looks like they know what they are doing and no one listens when told to move them to the bay. Shambles.
