1/5 Absolutely dreadful pizza. Possibly the driest pizza I've ever had delivered. The base was hard, the crust was like chewing cardboard, and there was barely any moisture or sauce to it whatsoever. I've had frozen tesco pizzas with more life in them. This genuinely tasted like it had been sitting around for ages rather than being freshly made. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. I expect a takeaway pizza to at least be enjoyable, not something I have to force myself to eat because I've already paid for it. Really disappointing and absolutely nowhere near the standard I'd expect from Domino's.

Tried to order food from Dominoes using Uber eats, cancelled the order saying that I had to provide extra information about my order but didn't actually explain what information I needed to provide.

Very poor dominos. Order is consistently wrong, from missed toppings to giving me someone else's pizza. Customer service is always very poor.

Big shout out to the Dominos at Chepstow. Ordered a last minute order for 25 pizzas which was ready in the time it took us to drive the 20 minutes from where we were staying... Great work!! thank you!
