- IMIain MurrayJun 15, 20261.0What on earth is going on at the Tesco checkouts? Complete chaos with only one staffed checkout with a queue of 5 people and harassed staff wasting their time trying to get customers to use the new dreadful self - no service at all- lanes. In other supermarkets you scan and bag directly into your trolley but here you have to scan, put in on the tray then transfer to a bag. My machine then stopped because it said my bag was too heavy! It took at least ten visits from another stressed assistant to process my shop of about 30-40 items at total cost of about £100. A complete customer service own goal. Back to old fashioned Sainsbury’s for me.
