- IMIshah MahmoodSep 25, 20265.0Thank you to Leah & Seleh for providing us lovely service they both were very helpful when it came to ordering.
- LMlaiba mahmoodSep 22, 20261.0Very disappointed with the customer service. After I placed my order, I was waiting for my food when I heard the staff member talking to her friend and mocking me, saying “hello, hello” in a sarcastic and childish way because of how I had greeted her earlier. I found this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should not be made fun of by staff, especially while they are standing there waiting for their order. I would expect much better manners and professionalism from someone working in customer service.
- JPJohn PurdieSep 20, 20261.0Wanted a meal and a latte was told cant get a latte with a meal but been there lots of times and got meal and latte no problem asked the assistant manager why i couldnt get a latte with a meal he said things have changed dont know what changed but cant think of any reason on earth why im nearly 79 years old and dont want a big cola or any other cold drink as im sure elderly customers prefer a hot drink with a meal wonder if top management know how much money they are losing as we wanted two double cheese burger meals and a strawbery milkshake but left with nothing was even happy to pay extra for the latte but was told no disgusted with them.

- SMSheila MonkhouseSep 6, 20265.0My husband & I popped into McDonald's at Cameron Toll yesterday we found the place very clean & staff are friendly & efficient, we didn't wait long for our order brought to our table & it was hot & tasted very nice, my husband had a Latte & I had the Cappuccino they were both hot & the best coffee's we're had out in a long time, staff were smartly dressed in their uniforms & were very attentive to their customers, service with a smile, I ordered up the icecream tub to go which was scrumptious very generous for the money,I'm sure we'll be back very soon thank you to all the staff who are doing a great job 🙂
