She was clearing up some broken glass (piece by piece) for at least 5 minuets before acknowledging me, and asked me to wait, which I did, but then left the bar to do something else. When I asked to served, she said “I told you I was busy”. Being the only person at the bar I found this incredible that she thought it was okay to leave me waiting for seven minutes. I was a publican for 10 years and a member of my staff had behaved like I would’ve sacked them on the spot. Rude and arrogant.
