  Very disappointing experience. The food quality was poor, and items were missing from my order. I ordered a Double Whopper Bacon, but the bacon was missing — not once, but twice. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff when I raised the issue. Instead of being helpful or apologetic, they were dismissive, unprofessional and appeared to be more interested in loafing around than serving customers. Mistakes can happen, but repeating the same mistake and then showing such a poor attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable. The overall service reflects a very poor mentality and lack of basic customer care. I would expect much better quality, attention to detail and professionalism.

  Quite possibly the worst Burger King experience ever. Big queues, not a massive issue, Friday night on the M1 but the food was cold, no salt, ice or napkins and the pour your own drinks were sugar water. Gave it our best shot but it was an uphill battle. Didn't complain as the queue was too big to bother 😞
