  Milton Keynes wingstop provided a very great experience.The wings were flavourful, crispy and fresh. It was served hot and crunchy.The staff were very friendly also assisted in recommending the best option. Great place for wings lover will be coming here again soon for the love of flavour and freshness 🤤🍗🍗

  Wingstop has become a firm favorite for our family when we travel outside Oxford. We love wings so can’t usually go wrong. Today I spent over £60 on our family of 5 in the Milton Keynes store. The server at the till misheard me (or ignored me) and instead of 3 x 12 wings she put 3 x boneless through the till. We did not notice until we got to our table and checked the receipt at which point I went up immediately to say it was incorrect and we had ordered wings. She doubled down and insisted she has asked me twice if I wanted boneless (she hadn’t). She then spoke to a colleague to ask if the order could be changed, I was then told they it was too late to change the order, less than 3 minutes after we paid and they insisted there was nothing they could do. We were very unhappy that we were given no choice but to eat food we had not ordered and for the price we paid it has put me off going to another Wingstop in the future. I am annoyed with myself for not insisting on a refund at that point but the kids were hungry at this point so we made do. Why would we confirm x 2 that we wanted boneless if we went out for wings? And why can’t you correct an order if it is wrong. This is very poor customer service and we won’t be back

  Review – 28 August 2026 I’ve been coming to Wingstop Milton Keynes for quite a while and have always ordered the same food, so I know exactly what flavours I normally get. Unfortunately, my experience today, 28 August 2026, was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the way the staff handled a very simple mistake. There seemed to be a completely new team working, and the service was honestly atrocious. My food was handed to me with completely different flavours from what I had ordered. I immediately pointed this out to the member of staff who gave me the food and explained that the flavours were wrong. Instead of apologising, checking the order, or simply correcting the mistake, he kept insisting that I was the one who had made the mistake. I explained several times exactly what I had ordered and was very clear that I had not asked for the flavours I had been given. Despite this, he continued to deny that anything was wrong and repeatedly tried to convince me that I was mistaken. What made the situation worse was that there was absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue. I would have been completely understanding if it had simply been an honest mistake — mistakes happen. But rather than acknowledging it and replacing the food, the staff member kept arguing with me and refusing to correct the order. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and it genuinely felt like he was more interested in proving that I was wrong than actually helping a customer. Eventually, I got frustrated and told him to just leave it. Only then did he suddenly ask me, “Are you sure it’s okay?” — despite spending the entire interaction telling me I was wrong and refusing to do anything about it. The food itself wasn’t even that enjoyable on this occasion, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but the way I was treated today over a simple incorrect order was unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how staff deal with them. I expected the issue to be acknowledged and corrected, not for me to be blamed and repeatedly told that I was wrong. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I won’t be returning to Wingstop Milton Keynes. Management seriously needs to look into the customer service at this branch and provide better staff training.

  Had a great experience at Wingstop Milton Keynes. The food was tasty, fresh and full of flavour, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Akash provided friendly and helpful service throughout the visit, making the overall experience very pleasant. Would definitely recommend visiting Wingstop Milton Keynes.
